Welcome to Turners of Sedgefield

Welcome, and thank you for visiting the new TURNER’S OF SEDGEFIELD web site.

I am Anthony (Pip) Turner, and as an 18 year-old Motor Engineer I founded the original A.Turner Company working initially from the humble surroundings of a former village hall.  Over 40 years later, and as a result of hard work and dedication to Customer Service my Company now occupies a 5 acre site on the Sedgefield Industrial Estate, and is made up of a number of specialists divisions which between them offer a complete service to the Motorist.

I hope you find that this, our new web site, is informative and easy to navigate, but I am conscious that no number of words and images can replace the personal touch.  I therefore would encourage you to give us a ring, or better still a visit, and I can guarantee that my staff will provide you with honest and friendly advice on the range of Services we offer.

I am very proud of the fact that I was the youngest ever proprietor to be appointed as a Ford Retail Dealer, and the stringent standards I had to meet to obtain this appointment are still maintained in Turner’s of Sedgefield today.  I very much doubt that my business would have flourished as it has had I not given a lifetime commitment to these standards.

Finally can I introduce you to our newly-appointed Managing Director, Garry Williams. I am convinced that Garry will strive to perpetuate the respected traditional Turner standards of Customer Service.
